YOU HAVE 2 DAYS TO CHANGE YOUR MIND FROM THE DATE YOU ACCEPTED OUR FINAL OFFER ('FINAL AGREEMENT') UNLESS YOU AGREED TO MAKE THE SALE IRREVERSIBLE.
ONCE THIS PERIOD HAS PASSED, THE SALE IS FINAL AND YOU CAN NO LONGER GO BACK ON IT IF WE HAVE ACTIONED THE BANK TRANSFER.
ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE FUNDS INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WE CANNOT REVERSE THE TRANSACTION.
DAMAGE & LOSS
WE MAY STILL CONSIDER IT DEPENDING ON THE LEVEL OF DAMAGE. IF THE DAMAGE IS IRREVERSIBLE ITS CONDITION WILL BE CLASSED AS 'UNSATISFACTORY' (SEE GUIDANCE ON SELLING SECTION 3) AND THE LATEST AGREED OFFER WILL BE VOID.
YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU IN THE CONDITION WE RECEIVED IT. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PURCHASE AND SEND US A RETURN LABEL.
WE WILL INFORM YOU IF WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM. IT IS THEN YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER AND PURCHASE RELIABLE SHIPPING.
TASTE WILL ONLY BEAR RESPONSIBILITY IF THE LOSS IS DUE TO OUR ERROR OR OMISSION UPON PROVIDING OUR SHIPPING DETAILS.

WE WILL COMPENSATE YOU THE LAST AGREED PRICE WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS INCLUDING YOUR SHIPPING FEE.
